Superior claims service is a key pillar of our program. Our in-house claims team is dedicated to guiding insureds through each step of the process and advocates for a fair, timely and comprehensive review. What’s more, we offer a growing variety of resources on claims and risk management to help insureds better protect themselves.
Claims Reporting Procedures
As of May 1st, 2026, all property/casualty claims, regardless of severity or location, should be reported to Altirus Road, our third-party claims administrator.

Notices that do not require action (“incident reports”) should be clearly marked “INCIDENT ONLY.”
Altirus Road will review all claim notices upon receipt and assign to the appropriate claims handling office.
A claim acknowledgment will be transmitted to the designated individual, advising of the claim number and adjuster assigned.
If after-hours emergency claims service is required, call the toll-free number above and listen for the prompt to report a claim.
